Today I’m gonna talk about something different from my topics but you can say that it’s indirectly related to our life as a programmer.
And it’s like real hack tool for our future.

What’s Programmer’s Imposter Syndrome?

Programmers Impostor syndrome (also known as impostor phenomenon or fraud syndrome or the impostor experience) is a concept describing individuals who are marked by an inability to internalize their accomplishments and a persistent fear of being exposed as a “fraud”.

Symptoms of Programmer’s Imposter Syndrome

  • Don’t wanna share their code.
  • Don’t wanna help others with their abilities.
  • Don’t wanna go for open source in some specific ways.
  • Don’t wanna apply for jobs.
  • Don’t wanna collaborate with others.
  • Don’t wanna join any type of community.

and much more but don’t take it negatively because they are not bad guys, they have only fear about others view means what anybody will say after seeing their code snippets and all.

According to experience persons many of good programmers also suffering from this but it likes a hurdle for their real goal and success.

Is it good or bad?

In my view anyone can’t learn everything by himself or herself only.I’m not saying stay dependent on others but a collaboration is too much important and helpful if you want to be the PRIME of programming.Because everyone has something good from which you can learn something.

If you’re suffering from Programmer’s Imposter Syndrome

So, don’t worry because many of us are suffering from same.
But according to specialist anyone can get rid of this by following activities:

  • Go for team works.
  • Write your blog or something else.
  • Express your views in conference or before your friends.
  • Go for open-source.
